The One District One Product (ODOP) program, an initiative under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, aims at manifesting the vision of the Prime Minister to make the country and its people self-reliant by fostering balanced regional development across all districts of the country. The basic objective of the ODOP scheme is to select, brand and promote 'One Product' from each District of the country.
INDIA ODOP PROMOTIONS: AN INTRODUCTION
India ODOP Promotions (IOP) is a women-led enterprise and a non-governmental initiative dedicated to bringing together ODOP (One District One Product) items from various districts and states across India onto a single platform. This marketing initiative is designed to meet both domestic and international demand for unique OPOP products. Through our extensive pan-India network of artisans and MSMEs, we offer customers authentic, high-quality, and distinctive ODOP items. We also actively encourage artisans to innovate by blending styles and creating fusion products that showcase India's diverse craft traditions. At IOP, we believe that with consistent brand-building efforts and sustained marketing support, every district in India has the potential to evolve into a major export hub—especially for the specialized products it is known for under the ODOP scheme.
