Ms. Shreya

Ms. Shreya began her professional journey as a Commercial Executive at Flora India Jaipur, the renowned carpet manufacturing enterprise founded by Mrs. Kala Jagetia. She joined the organisation following the completion of her MBA from NIIMS University, Jaipur. Her creative instinct and deep admiration for India’s traditional crafts soon became the driving force behind a significant new venture.

Together with Mrs. Kala Jagetia, she helped conceptualise and launch India ODOP Promotions (IOP) as a wholly owned project of Flora India. Guided by her insight into the importance of dependable, quality-focused vendor networks, Ms. Shreya systematically expanded IOP’s procurement base, adding state after state and district after district to build an impressive, diverse portfolio of ODOP products.

Her leadership and commitment to excellence earned her widespread recognition, particularly from overseas clients who regarded IOP as one of the most reliable sources for curated ODOP products and premium handcrafted gifts. She eventually rose to the position of Director (Project), leaving behind a legacy of innovation, operational strength, and a well-established global reputation for the organisation.

Ms. Shreya has transitioned to pursue her professional career in a different domain. However, she remains committed to supporting the IOPs vision and growth as a non-working Director on the IOP Board.
